Returns

We want you to be happy with every purchase you make from us. If you're not happy, for whatever reason, you can return it  within 30 days of receipt.

Don't like the colour when you see it? Ordered the wrong size and need a wider or narrower strap? Simply changed your mind? No Problem! Simply send it back to our  Address below  and we'll sort out a refund or exchange as soon as we get it back. Please include a note with your details and say whether you'd prefer an exchange or a refund.

If you want a refund we will refund the full purchase price including any standard postage paid. We are unable to refund expediated postage (For example Royal Mail Special Delivery) but we will refund any standard postage you would have paid normally. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of getting the item back to us.

Please ensure that all items returned come back to us as received, unaltered and with all manufacturer's packaging, any paperwork, guarantee, etc. You are responsible for safekeeping and returning the goods to us. Please see our full Terms and Conditions.
