UK Deliveries: Deliveries are by Royal Mail 1st class, either standard or signed-for service depending on goods value. Delivery prices quoted include Signed-for delivery where appropriate. Overseas Deliveries: We despatch items outside the UK by Royal Mail Airmail or International Signed-for Airmail, depending on goods value. Any delivery prices quoted include signed-for delivery where appropriate. Overseas customers please note: you are responsible for payment of any local customs duty or import tax which may be payable on arrival. We are not able to quote a lower price on Customs documents to save you import taxes, nor to mark items as 'Gift'. ReturnsWe are happy to accept returns of any goods found to be unsuitable; an item may
not fit or suit you, or you just may not like it when you see it in the flesh.
No problem - just drop us a quick email to advise us, and then return the goods
to us in the manufacturer's original packaging and in original unused condition
within 14 days of receipt, complete with any paperwork such as guarantee etc.
We'll refund your purchase price and any outward postage paid . Please note
customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods, and for
their safe-keeping until received by us. We strongly recommend a (free)
Certificate of posting for goods under £32.00, or Special Delivery if over
£32.00. This covers you for any claim against Royal Mail if the item is lost or
damaged in transit. Faulty GoodsWe are careful to examine all goods before despatch; but in the rare instances where a fault is missed (we are but human!!), we will either replace (stock permitting) or refund, as you prefer. Either way, we also refund your return postage so that you’re not out of pocket due to our mistake. We need to be advised of faults within 30 days of receipt. GuaranteesThese are offered by manufacturers in addition to your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act, Trade Descriptions Act, and Distance Selling Regulations. Virtually all watches we sell will come to you with a manufacturer's guarantee. Generally, we feel that a period of 30 days is enough time for customers to find any pre-existing fault; , if your watch develops a fault after that time , your claim should be addressed to the manufacturer at the address on your guarantee.
